Iran is willing to restart atomic discussions with the United States provided that it is handled with "respect" and "honor", Iran's top diplomat has declared.

The Iranian diplomat declared only diplomacy worked, and shared recent overtures had come from intermediaries to reopen negotiations with the US government. He said Iran had zero secret atomic facilities, and Iran was not yet able to permit the UN nuclear inspectorate to inspect attacked atomic facilities for security reasons.

He stated: "We effectively endured this engagement. Our enrichment knowledge, which they planned to obliterate, continues to exist. The sites and machinery, if destroyed, will be restored; what is important is the will of the citizens of Tehran and then the national cohesion that they sought to undermine, but did not succeed to shatter. The Iranian people have become more powerful, more united, and more backing of the leadership and the country in the aftermath of this attack."
